I agree with state enterprises. The Government could stay with the employer of inactive players for more than 90 days, or banned. So the country could run this company and help in its development, the company may be purchased by the value that it holds then for any player.

If they hadn't been bought you should be able to remove them from sale by selling them at 0 vBux.
