Protection mode doesn't stop war and attacks as of this update. Has anyone declared war on Bolivia yet?

• Removed War Immunity from protection mode, allowing new nations to be involved in play-testing the War Module during Beta. This is a temporary measure that will remain in effect until the War Module is deemed stable and final. At this stage, all nations will receive their original regions back.

Still planned, but no dates yet.... my psychic powers are a bit out of tune, so I cant see exactly when we'll have the WM in a state we're happy with.
