Updates:

• Added Congress to API region feeds.
• Export licences now cost 10 VBX, however last permanently. All licences that expired in the last 30 days have been reactivated.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a critical bug preventing registration.
• The view icon in the Active Battles tab now links to the correct battle.
• All new nations should now be correctly setup on the forums. If you lack correct forum access, you should resync your account
• Fixed a display error in the Active Battles tab when your nation is defending.
• Fixed a number of potential exploits.
• Fixed a display issue with national projects.

Important Notices:

• It has been decided to remove the various Tourism boards from the forums, as they are now redundant with the open-media forums. When the new in-game media module is released, the existing Media boards will be modified to serve the same purpose the Tourism boards used to.

I think the licence change is not good, I would prefer something like...each country to have different import taxes or even embargo for each importer.
So the importer applies for trade licence to the industry minister(or trade minister) and he takes the permission(or not) just like citizenships and being taxed of course. Some VBUX go to the ministry of industry and some are sink.
This could be also dynamic with each country to decide the fee within some limits, like between 0.5 and 4VBUX per 2 months.

OF COURSE with 10VBUX forever is the-most-simple-that-works solution, no doubt!

I think it is neccesary to make:

- Diplomats (councils), which appointed by Foreign Minister for each contry he want to do it (each appointment = 1-2 vBux coast for representative payments)
- Diplomatic forums, where can communiucate only diplomats, presidents and MoFAs.

And i think it ll be good to make the alliances more visible and mechanised in-game mechanic.

so I my imagination despite it's can be mostly symbolical and protocol function, but in the Diplomatic forum it can be contain different pacts, treaties, common official conversations (for example by representatives of 5-10 nations) etc.
