At the moment, only President and Congress titles (I'll update the wiki page as new stuff is added). Eventually, well, its going to be a pretty long list. Essentially, instead of having "Democracy", "Monarchy", "Dictatorship" etc, these styles of governance will be achievable by adjusting the government settings. Initially they're all voted on by congress, however that can change once the 'disable congress' (exact name TBC) setting is added
